We're not Semrush. That's the point.

SEO tools give you reports. Hundreds of issues, charts, scores. Then it's on you to figure out what to do about it. That's fine if you're an SEO professional. But if you're building a product, running a startup, or shipping client sites, you don't have time for that.

Traditional SEO tools

  • Give you a list of 200 "issues"
  • Expect you to fix them yourself
  • Built for SEO professionals
  • Monthly reports you never read
  • $100-300/mo for dashboards
  • You still need to do the work

Scaup

  • Connects to your site and just works
  • Makes changes for you, every single day
  • Built for founders and developers
  • Daily or weekly recap: "here's what we improved"
  • One plan, everything included
  • You review and approve, we execute

What we do automatically

Connect your site, and these happen every day without you thinking about it.

Rewrite your page titles and descriptions

We look at what people actually search for and rewrite your titles and meta descriptions to match. This is the single biggest quick win in search.

Automated daily

Improve your page content

We rewrite headings, paragraphs, and sections to better match what people are searching for. No fluff, no keyword stuffing. Just clearer, more relevant content.

Automated daily

Create new pages for keyword gaps

We analyze your competitors and find searches they show up for that you don't. Then we create the pages to fill those gaps, matching your site's look automatically. Have a page whose style you love? Point us to it (WordPress and GitHub sites) and new pages will match it.

Automated, you approve

Find your best keyword opportunities

We pull your Google Search Console data regularly and spot climbing keywords, missed opportunities, and pages that need attention. We scope everything to your target country, so a Bali hotel doesn't get distracted by random searches from other markets. Keyword positions are verified against a live Google check from your country, not just GSC averages.

Ongoing analysis

Fix pages people see but don't click

If your site shows up in search results but nobody clicks, we figure out why. Maybe the title is generic, the description is missing, or the content is too thin. We diagnose the problem and fix it automatically.

Automated weekly

Keep your technical files in order

robots.txt, sitemap.xml, structured data (JSON-LD), image alt text. The boring stuff that matters. We create and maintain it all.

Automated

Make your site visible to AI

We create and maintain your llms.txt so AI tools like ChatGPT, Perplexity, and Google AI Overviews can understand and cite your site.

Automated

Competitor intelligence

We track what your competitors rank for and build your growth plan around the gaps. Refreshed monthly so you're always working on what matters.

Monthly refresh

Keep content fresh

Google rewards sites that update regularly. Our daily execution cycle means your site is always getting better, not going stale - and if planned work runs low, we pull fresh improvement opportunities from Search Console so there's always something to do.

Automated daily

What we guide you through

Some things can't be fully automated, but we don't just leave you hanging. We tell you exactly what to do and where.

Where to get backlinks

We analyze your niche, find directories, communities, and publications where your site belongs, and tell you exactly where to submit or get mentioned. You spend 30 minutes, not 30 hours.

Insights + suggestions

Internal linking opportunities

We automatically add links between your pages when we create or edit content. For bigger structural changes (like navigation), we flag what would help and where.

Partially automated + suggestions

Content that needs manual review

When a change is too complex or sensitive for auto-apply (like a homepage rewrite), we draft it and put it in front of you with a clear before/after preview.

We draft, you approve

Track your AI visibility

See how often AI tools (ChatGPT, Google AI) mention you vs your competitors, which sources they pull from, and which questions they answer with a competitor but not you. We use that gap list to create the content that gets you cited.

Automated

Why one improvement per day, not a new page every day?

Flooding your site with content is what spammy AI tools do. We do the opposite.

Google needs time to digest

When you publish a page, Google crawls and indexes it over days. Publishing 5 pages at once means they compete with each other for Google's attention. One at a time lets each page get properly indexed.

Not every improvement is a new page

Most days, the highest-impact thing isn't a new page. It's rewriting a title, improving existing content, or fixing technical files. We pick whatever moves the needle most today.

New content has built-in spacing

New pages are spaced at least 2 days apart. This gives Google time to crawl each one and prevents your site from looking like it's mass-producing content (which Google watches for).

Monthly quotas match your site size

Small sites get up to 4 new pages/month. Larger sites get up to 12. This scales naturally with your existing content so growth looks organic, not artificial.

Substance gate: we skip thin pages

Before writing any new page, our system checks for a real user question and concrete facts to use. If the raw material is too thin, we skip the page rather than publish filler. Google's spam policy targets thin content, so we'd rather publish nothing this week than something that hurts your rankings.

No doorway pages

We never produce near-duplicate pages that differ only by city or product name. When we publish multiple related pages, each one uses materially different facts. We also hard-cap how many related pages can exist per topic.

The honest version

What we're great at

On-page content is the highest-leverage thing you can actually change, and it's exactly where we live. Content quality, keyword targeting, titles, new pages, competitor gaps. These are the factors that move the needle for small sites, and we automate all of them. If your site has decent authority already, this is the work that turns traffic on.

The backlinks angle

No tool can build backlinks for you. It takes human effort. But we don't just ignore it. We analyze your niche, find the directories, communities, forums, and publications where you should be listed, and give you a clear list of places to submit your site. You spend 30 minutes, not 30 hours.

What we don't touch

We don't mess with your code. Page speed, mobile layout, JavaScript rendering, redirects, HTTPS. These are infrastructure-level things that your framework and hosting already handle (Vercel, Netlify, and most modern stacks get this right out of the box).

Who this is for

Indie hackers, small startups, developers with side projects, freelancers managing client sites. People who want their site to show up on Google but don't want to become SEO experts. If you're running an agency with 500 sites and a Semrush subscription, we're probably not for you.

Things we leave to your stack

These matter, but they're not content problems. If you're on a modern framework, most are already handled.

Page speed

Image compression, lazy loading, JS bundles

Vercel, Netlify, Cloudflare handle this. Most AI-built sites are fast by default.

Mobile layout

Responsive design across devices

Every modern template and framework is mobile-first already.

HTTPS

SSL certificates

Free and automatic on every major host since 2020.

Redirects

URL routing and 301s

Framework-level config. We don't rename your URLs.

Image file optimization

WebP, AVIF, compression

Build tools and CDNs handle this better than we ever could.

Site architecture

Navigation, menus, breadcrumbs

Structural decisions. We work within your existing structure.
